About Recruitment Center
The Recruitment Center was set up by the Recruitment Committee with the main role is to help deliver a standard and robust recruitment and selection process that is reliable, valid and fair. It also assists an efficient and ethical framework of the selection and recruitment process to ensure that the candidates have confidence in the relevance and fairness of the system.
The Recruitment Committee adheres to the recruitment objectives:
- To recruit staff with the appropriate skills, both technical and personal in order to meet the University’s current and future needs.
- To ensure that staff appointed to posts involving administrative and teaching responsibilities are qualified to carry out such duties or are working towards an appropriate qualification.
- To work with fair and effective recruitment procedure in accordance to University’s equality and diversity policies and practices.
Moreover, the center aim to provide clear guidance in relation to both selection and appointment of staff with high quality based on the required capabilities. And its guidelines enhance the credibility and underlines commitment to integrity, accountability and transparency in decision making processes.
